Chef Z (Zaundra Blair), the youngest of seven, was born in the small town of Lebanon Tennessee where he became acquainted with the kitchen at the early age of 7. By the age of 10, he went on to win his first award in the Wilson County 4-H biscuit baking contest. At age 16, he was supervising production of 370 + meals at Camp Nakanawa in Crossville Tennessee.

 

In 1991, Chef Z landed in Louisville, Kentucky to begin his formal culinary training at Sullivan University. Chef Z matriculated as a chef to many well-respected establishments: Marriott East, Holiday Inn East, Caesars Casino, Personal Touch catering, Brown Forman BSC(17years).
